Invoicing

Invoicing has been made a lot easier and quicker with Taskbe. You can generate invoices straight away with the information inputted as well as by editing and filtering the information. When the invoice has been made, you can send a PDF via email or download it. Employees can also do this via the Taskbe app for things such as expenses, stock and maintenance jobs.

Job Tracking

Track every job simply using a job reference number and filter through jobs that may be for the same property to avoid separate jobs created. You can distribute maintenance jobs to employees and check their availability via Taskbe. All information about from each property would be recorded so both you can your engineers can view.
